Company Registration - Documents Required

In order for us to register your company, we require the following documents:


  1. ID copy of director/s. If ID is a smart ID, we require a copy of the front and back of it.

  2. Business and Residential address of director/s

  3. 4 Company names listed in order of preference i.e. listed from most preferred to least preferred.

  4. Email address and contact number of director/s

  5. Should any director be married in community of property, we require a copy of marriage certificate.

* We require 4 company names in case the first preferred name is unavailable/too similar to another company name that is already registered.
